Starting with nothing is often easier than starting with something. There is no old structure to work around, so we can plan the pages, the local setup, and the search foundation correctly the first time. If you do already have a site, I start by listening to what frustrates you about it and what your customers keep struggling to do on it.
Either way, I build it in Squarespace or Wix from the ground up: mobile first, fast, easy to navigate, and structured so both Google and AI answer engines can actually understand what you do and where you do it.
