Kouign Bakery already had the kind of charm and loyal following most businesses work years to create, but its website made visitors scroll too far to find the information they needed. We redesigned the site to feel as inviting as the bakery itself while making menus, preorders, hours, and key details easier to find.
One year later, visitors are spending 47% longer on the site, and overall website traffic is up 58%.
Kouign Bakery gained 8,520 additional website visits during the comparison period.

Too much scrolling
Nearly every page was one long stack of photos. Customers had to scroll to find the menu, hours, address, ordering information, or answers to common questions.

Important information trapped in images
Menus, prices, and FAQs were uploaded as pictures.
That made them difficult to read on a phone and meant Google could not properly understand the information.

No clear actions
Ordering links, contact information, and holiday details were hard to find. The phone number and address were not clickable.

Limited search visibility
Page titles such as “Home,” “Menu,” and “Info” did not tell Google what the business offered or where it was located.
The site also had no Google Search Console tracking, so there was no clear view of how people were finding the bakery.
